The Partnership Model

REP was designed as a community-justice partnership in which public agencies and community-based organizations work together to provide continuous case management as prisoners’ transition into the community.

The men in the REP program commit to a one-year voluntary relationship that supports their successful re-entry into society. Our goals are to enhance public safety by reducing recidivism, to increase offender accountability and community reparation, and to enable each client to become a self-sufficient, fully participating member of society.

The REP model is to treat each client in a highly individualized manner and to tailor the services to his particular assessed needs. Our graduates; employed, independent, and often reunited with their families, tell us that this is a model that works.
