Inner Harbor Don't miss the excitement! Scott Garceau, Baltimore’s longest-tenured sportscaster, will be the emcee for Catholic Charities Dragon Boat Races 2008! Catholic Charities Dragon Boat Races 2008 will be held Saturday, September 13 at the Inner Harbor. Thirty-three corporate-sponsored teams will compete in elimination heats to raise funds for Catholic Charities’ programs and to win the coveted Dragon Cup. Since its inception in 1998, over fifty Maryland companies and organizations have formed teams to compete in Catholic Charities Dragon Boat Races.
