UpCounty Family Support Center

We are a comprehensive developmental program that helps pregnant teens and young parents in Frederick County acquire parenting skills and achieve self-sufficiency. Our welcoming center provides a special place for learning for children up to three years of age and their parents. We offer GED classes, flex high school classes; training in child nurturing, financial planning, computer use and employment readiness; developmental assessments and child care. In-home services are available for those who are unable to come to us!
